WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal as well as postal money orders and checks via mail. If you are interested in making a purchase via postal money orders or checks please contact us @ [email protected] so that you can arrange to pay with those services.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Just click the "pay now" button and look for the option to pay using a Credit or Debit Card "without" having to sing up for a Paypal account. PayPal encrypts your confidential data at the highest level commercially available.
SHIPPING ADDRESS & CUSTOM FEES
Please double check your shipping address as we cannot be responsible for replacing missing lost or stolen items. All US orders come with shipping confirmation included, however if you are interested in insurance please contact me so that you can arrange to pay in advance for those services.
International orders : I cannot be held responsible for customs fees your package may incur as they are imposed by the receiving country and are not in my control. I also cannot declare that a purchase is a gift on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We ship worldwide! Italian orders are subject to an additional $2.00 -$3.00 Insurance Fee; Please contact me before placing your order.
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED ON MY ITEM?
Shipping is automatically added to the price of your item via Paypal. Shipping prices for domestic orders start at $3.85 for light weight rings, $4.25 for heavy weight rings, $4.25 for light weight necklaces and $5.75 for large or heavy weight necklaces.
Italian orders are subject to an additional $2.00 -$3.00 Insurance Fee. Combined shipping discounts are available and are calculated automatically!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY JEWELRY?
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail worldwide with Delivery Confirmation. Your tracking number will be sent to you via Paypal. Since each item is made to order please allow 2-3 weeks for complete order delivery within the US. International orders will take additional time.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Please note that wear can occur in the course of product use and some animal jewelry pieces have antlers that can be delicate and should be handled carefully. I don't advise the jewelry be worn for sleeping, showering or any strenuous physical activity. I would discourage the use of water or hand sanitizers while wearing polymer resin jewelry as certain chemicals may damage the painted enamel. Some metal animal pieces have appendages that may be delicate, the antlers on the deer pieces are delicate & should not be bent. Brass items are hand polished and treated with a preventive solution and brass wax to prevent and protect the metal from patina. After much continued use you may treat the wax with a brass cleaner or use extra fine steel wool to polish the wax to restore it to its golden state.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
Please see individual product descriptions as components may vary from product to product. We currently use polyresin clay (light weight, durable hard plastic consistency) for many of our lightweight animal pieces that have been sculpted and modeled from our own collection of hand sculpted art pieces. The other materials we use is lead free silver and lead free, mix metal that has been oxidised.
