SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Each and every item is lovingly handmade to order with great care and attention to detail, our jewelry isn’t manufactured or mass produced. Orders are processed, handmade and shipped within 7-21 days from purchase date and are shipped on our next scheduled ship date. Each item is made to order, and are processed in the order in which they are received. As soon as it is shipped you will receive an e-mail with its tracking information to confirm that it is on its way. Thanks for your patience and understanding! Please read shop policies before purchase. All items are shipped in 200LB proof boxes to ensure your purchases stay safe.
Domestic Orders:
All US bound orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail and will normally take 2-5 business days to ship after processing. Domestic shipping prices range from $3.95 for light weight rings to $5.95 for larger pieces. All US orders come with shipping confirmation included, however if you are interested in adding insurance please contact me so that you can arrange to pay in advance for those services.
International Orders:
All international orders are shipped airmail using USPS First Class Mail and will normally take 10-20 business days to arrive after the order has been made and processed. International shipping prices start at $9.90. Shipping Insurance is available, please contact for more information.
- Please double check your Paypal address for complete accuracy before ordering as we cannot be held responsible for replacing lost or stolen items to outdated addresses.
- Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.
- There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
- Made to order handmade goods sold are non-refundable, we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind so please choose carefully. Please note that wear can occur in the course of product use and some animal jewelry pieces have antlers that can be delicate and should be handled carefully.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, no two items are exactly identical. Your piece might bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, will vary slightly from the photograph. Please allow for slight variances in color from what is shown in the made to order photos as monitor/ color calibrations are beyond our control.
